I have gained experiene in a call centre for 3 years has a customer service representative and a sales rep. I also gain experience has a tour guide for a year , i also have experience has a room attendant , laundry attendant and pool attendant . I have certificate in customer service and Team jamaica certified , i work well with others to get the job done in a timely manner , my goal one day is to have my own restaurant i love to cook

Pool attendant assisting guest, ensure they received clean and fresh towels, putting down on the list how many towels taken by that particular guest . Ensuring the outside pool and indoor pool are stack at all times with towels, answering guest questions and queries. Ensuring all dirty towels are removed from pool Chair and from hot tub area .laundry attendant ensure all clean linens are properly fold to company standards, pressing all sheets and banquet linens through the pressing machine , folded and place at the banquet area and a shelves, loading and unloading washing machine and placing clean linens in dryer after DRY all clean linens are placed on the table to be folded, laundry area should be kept cleaned at all times .
