Three weeks of summer job at the Social Development Center in Spanish Town, worked in the accounting department. I had to inject my knowledge and experience while in high school to be effective in this role, where as I managed the records of the organization in a meticulous and systemic manner which achieve a high level of efficiencies. Three weeks of summer job at the Dela Vega City center, while in this capacity my level of customer service and communication was tested heavily and I excel exceptionally. I had to interact with various persons from my community of different ages, backgrounds and levels of education in an effort to understand their individual needs and communicate information to them. Worked at Ibex Global from November 2019 - April 2022, I worked as a customer service rep for amazon, for two months after which i went on to become a technical support rep for frontier.
