I am currently attending The University of the West Indies, where I am pursuing in the field of Accounting. I am quite experienced in the Customer Service aspect of the working world. I have worked at both Conduent and Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), which are two of the largest BPO industries in Jamaica.
I have developed an interest in helping person's while providing good customer service.
