I am a level ii trained administrative assistant with over 8 years of experience in customer service and teleservices (sales and collections). I also have expereince as a teacher and do possess the charateristics of a leader. I am an ordained minister and currently serve the Grace Temple Fellowship of churches Jamaica as an Evangelist, National Choir director and National Youth President. I am trainable and adaptable which makes it easy for me to adjust to the different working environments.

This course covered the everyday practices and function of the office administration within an organization. The training was 70% practical and 30% theory so as to ensure that there was strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the administrative assistant or office administrator.
