Genesha Brown

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System. I was awarded valedictorian of the graduating class of 2019 at Excelsior Community College. I am a technically competent individual with excellent written and oral communication skills. I am a critical thinker who assess a problem from all possible perspectives to arrive at the best possible solution to benefit all parties involved. I am a fast learner who is open to constructive criticism.

I am a very determined, hard working and goal oriented individual. I believe that if not all, most candidates possess similar qualities and skills as I do. However, in everything that I do, I do my best because I know that I have a unique purpose and nobody else can fulfill that purpose but me. There is only one me, that is why I strive to be my authentic self always because that’s the only way I will be able to bring something different to the table.

I live by the saying, “applied knowledge is power”. It is one thing to know that you get vitamins from eating an apple, however, the true power comes when one actually pick up that apple and take a bite of it.
