Dave Douglas

My name is Dave Douglas and I am a graduating student at the Norman Manley High School. I saw your posting for the Males Customer Service Representatives role and was immediately compelled to apply. My academic career goals align with the internship's stated objectives; I became more confident that I have the right skills for the job. During my job experience at the National Works Agency I took a liking to customer servicing, which led to picking customer service and I also did a part time at the Agency as an electrician, I thoroughly enjoyed and excellent at my courses as the intersection of customer service and as an electrician. However, before my final year at Norman Manley High I was able to master my experience as a customer service engineer and also as an electrician. Furthermore, I was eligible to complete my exams and pass them successfully. I look forward to putting my skills and knowledge to use a productive member of your customer service agent and a member of your call center service department, and learning from the best in the industry.
