First I must say that I am a very humble individual who is very disciplined and focus. A few of my core values are: patient honest, dedicated, reliable, decisive and most of all trustworthy. I possess strong communication skills and truly a master of the English Language. I hold a level 2 Customer Service Certificate that I acquired while attending Brown's Town Community College in my first year. I am now completing my final year and proudly on a path way of acquiring an Associate Degree in Customer Service Engagement an a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism. My Goal in life is to become a pilot but due to financial difficulties I have decided to use customer service as a stepping stone to reach my full potential and achieve my coveted goal.
