TECHNICAL ACCOUNTING SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Skills associated with progressively responsible internal auditing, preparing management letters, audit plans, budgeting, and financial analysis roles.
•Capacities to use and teach others Microsoft Word and Excel, Peachtree, MYOB and QuickBooks.
•Experience interacting with external auditors, internal financial colleagues, as well as personnel from financial institutions and business executives.
•Capacities to draft, edit, and finalize detailed financial reports.
•Experience interacting with personnel from Tax Admin and Corporate offices.
•Experienced and have a strong foundation in different areas of accounting i.e. Accounts Payables and Receivables, Inventory, bank reconciliations, Payroll and statutory, etc.
•Ability to work with a team and get along with others well.
•Monitor, authorize and track all payments to suppliers and all bank transfers to people’s accounts, payroll and others.
•Set up and monitor stock system for Janitorial and Garbage Disposal department and also to carry out physical stock taking.
• Implement and set up systems that enhance the security and accountability of the company i.e. gate passes, etc.
•Interact with clients and other financial institutions in regards to the company financial activities.
• Supervision and authorization of payrolls.
