I am a very understanding and help full person,with a great communication skills I currently aced my NCTVET Customer service engagement exams in level 1 cluster 1 and 2 and also level 2 cluster 1 and 2. I also have 8 CSEC subjects which I passed all and received a distinction for my academic performance,I also gain experience from my work experience program at school where I completed
80 hours at K.D.L supplies where I learnt to deal with customers with different problem and ways to fixed them.i have a passion for helping and assisting people to bring a smile on their faces.i see myself pursuing a job customer service related in the future.
