The business was started in March 2008 by Ainsworth Mornan who reali sed that there was a gap in the industry for the provision of basic tools to people who needed certain types of tools or equipment for a relatively short period. The store originally started in White River but later relocated to Ocho Rios and expanded to the Kingston and Port Antonio. We are a one stop shop for renting, selling, trading, repairing and servicing of all major brand name tools and equipment. We carry a wide range of tools, equipment and parts for almost every industry including landscaping, home repairs, gardening, construction, farming, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, road repair just to name a few. We also carry parts and accessories for each item available in the store. Total Tools carried has the widest range of tools and parts in Jamaica and we almost have it. If we don’t have it we will source it for you at no additional cost within 7-14 working days which is one of the fastest times for special orders. Can’t wait 7-14 days? We will still be happy to assist and one of our knowledgeable and highly trained sales associates will provide you with the terms and conditions for a faster delivery time. We rent, sell, trade, repair and service all major brands and are also the authorized repair & service centre for brands such as Echo, Honda, Briggs & Stratton, Shindaiwa and Poulan. Our turnaround time is second to none with our average repair time being anywhere between 2hrs and 2 days once the parts are available. Can’t come to us? No problem! We do on and offsite repairs and also pickup and dropoff of tools and equipment. Need a job done but can’t find reliable labour? Well look no more as we provide labour with the rental of tools at your request. Exchange/Returns Policy: We have a flexible and fair exchange and return policy whereby warranty is extended for 3 to 24 months depending on the tool or equipment. We also have a 7 days return policy on new products (* conditions apply) Discounts: All customers can save big through our loyalty programme which offers discounts on rentals, repairs and purchases. There are also special rates for contractors and sub-contractors.
